Focused, impactful and engaging workshops!

During this half day workshop, the team will get to know each other from a talent perspective, i.e. the person behind the role.

They will explore how they can be of value to the team by linking their personal talents to the team agenda and aspirations. They will discover what actions to take to positively impact their work experience in terms of performance, relationships and personal wellbeing.

They will look into how they can communicate and collaborate effectively with each other given the diversity of talents within their team.

During this half day workshop, the team will focus on the collective talents of the team.

They will explore how they can optimise team strengths and reduce team risks as they achieve the team objectives.

They will look at projects and work activities, and explore where new collaborations can be started based on the complementary talents of the team members.

During this half day workshop, the team will get insight into the team habits that drive high performance and engagement.

They will get a better understanding of the enablers and blockers of their team progress. So what’s holding the team back and what’s propelling it forward towards success.

They will explore which habits to adopt to become a more successful team.

Peer advice and reflective learning are central to this approach. It can be used to clarify and analyse challenges/aspirations and to come up with solutions.

Depending on what the team wants te achieve, there are different methods that can be used. It is generally used for upskilling and quality improvement of projects/processes.

The workshop programs (workshops 1-3) consist of online talent scans, individual talent report sessions and half day workshops.
