This programme consists of a combination of a personal assessment and coaching, giving you insight into your vitality levels and natural energy resources. After completing the coaching programme you will be equipped with tools to keep functioning well during stress whilst feeling energised. In this programme you will:

2. Get insight into your unique stress factors and coping mechanism
3. Learn what resilience is and how to develop your resilience
4. Identfy your energy resources and talents and how you can use these to maintain your energy levels and sense of wellbeing.
