This programme consists of a combination of personal assessment, coaching and workshop. Giving you insight into your natural energy resources and vitality levels. After completing the programme you will be equipped with tools to keep functioning well during stress whilst feeling energised.

1. How to recognize the symptoms of (work-related) stress and what your stress factors are as well as your current coping mechanism
2. What resilience is, and in particular, which elements are critical to maintaining your performance level
3. What your energy resources and unique talents are and how you can use these to maintain your energy levels and sense of wellbeing
4. How to build a social support network around you that can help you overcome any obstacles you might be facing
