During this coaching program you will learn how to increase your vitality, resilience and sense of well-being.
We work in an integral way and you will be given the opportunity to do assessments to gain insight into your natural energy sources and vitality levels. After completing the program you will be equipped with insight and skills to keep functioning well during stress and feeling energised.
In this programme you will learn
1. How to recognize the symptoms of (work-related) stress and what your stress factors are as well as your current coping mechanism
2. What resilience is, and in particular, which elements are critical to maintaining your performance level
3. What your energy sources and talents are and how you can use these to maintain your energy levels and sense of wellbeing
4. How to build a social support network and use it to overcome obstacles
