Esther has over 15 years of experience in the HR Learning & Development and Talent Management space. She has had global and regional responsibility for these functions. She successfully ran the Dutch franchise for a Talent Management assessment for six years. Ensuring it was translated into Dutch and introducing it into the Dutch market.
