Performance management

Performance conversations that are based on optimal application of natural talents of employees besides technical competencies and facilitating employee ownership for their own performance and growth! Performance conversations are still overwhelmingly backwards looking, deficit-based and one-way.

During the Empowering Performance Conversation training program you will learn how to conduct empowering performance conversations that are more positive, prospective, and partnership-based, enabling employees to optimize their talents and perform at their best. You will also learn how to become better at diagnosing blockers to high performance and ways to skilfully tackle underperformance and disengagement.

Learning and Development

Our L&D and TM consultancy program will provide you insight into how to design your L&D processes to enable more focus on ROI type L&D investments. You will learn how to optimally design your career pathways and leadership pipeline processes to enable optimal internal talent mobility.
